Managing more than ten thousand customer databases with different types of products is very difficult, and we were looking for the CRM product, which will help us work it properly. We have taken support from M/s Keystone Systech Pvt. Ltd. to customise the CRM system UNO Point as per our requirement. We have created the database of all and linked them with our engineers with mobile apps. It has helped us manage all the customers and monitor the status at any point in time with different reports. Tracking the performance of engineers and their reimbursements has now become easy and systematic.
